WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If an item you have received is defective, we will be glad to assist you with processing a refund.   • Please be sure to check the fit and sizing of your product before removing tags. Products returned must have all original tags attached.
  • Unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days after receipt of product for refund (receipt date of products is determined based on tracking provided by shipping carrier)
  • Born On Tuesday SDN BHD (1216699T) will not accept merchandise after 30 days.
  • Product must be returned within 14 days once the Return Notification (RN) is approved, and must be returned in original packaging with tags.
  • Shipping charges will only be refunded if the item you have received is incorrect or damaged.
  • Refund value is determined by the last retail price of the item.
  • All merchandise sold on sale is final sale, and cannot be returned unless item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • Returns will only be accepted with an RN form.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on gift certificates (gift certificates do not have a cash value).

CAN I RETURN AN PRODUCT THAT I ORDERED FROM ANOTHER RETAILER?

We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased from the bornontuesday.com website. If you ordered a product from another retailer, for further details, you may contact our Product / Warranty Support team – (MY) +60 12 2117320 / Email: info@bornontuesday.com.

WHERE DO I SHIP MY RETURN?

If you would like to make a return, please contact Customer Service to request an RN form. The return address, along with directions, will be provided with the RN form upon issuance. HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. For boots and shoe returns, place the shoe box inside a shipping box. To ensure that your return package arrives to our warehouse successfully, Born On Tuesday SDN BHD suggests shipping your return package with a tracking number. Packages must be returned prepaid.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Once Born On Tuesday SDN BHD receives your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
